Why a custom chenille curtain?

There are different types of fly screens, but the chenille one is currently the most popular, for three main reasons.

1. Material

Chenille is a very versatile, soft and quiet material, used in both clothing and interior design.

Chenille fly screens have a huge advantage, which is the material's tendency to cling: this means that the screen threads remain very close together, making it very difficult for insects to penetrate between the cords.

A chenille door curtain is a furnishing accessory that gives an entryway a refined look while also fulfilling an undeniably useful function: once the custom chenille curtain is installed, you can leave your front door open on sunny days, letting the breeze in and forget about the problem of insects invading your home or shop.

2. Pleasant and discreet

Quiet, pleasant to the touch, and available in a variety of colors, chenille curtains are a classic, providing an effective barrier against dust and prying eyes. They're also useful for separating two adjacent internal spaces, such as a closet at home or in a public or private business.

3. Easy to clean

But the versatility of chenille curtains doesn't end there. This material is easily machine washable , making maintenance very simple.
A few small tips?
Use a neutral detergent to avoid damaging the fabric fibers or fading the colors, and be sure to put the curtain in a pillowcase before putting it in the washing machine. This will save you time untangling the threads before re-installing it, allowing you to continue enjoying the summer breeze in peace, without insects and protecting your privacy!
